Admissions Procedure:
At Solid Rock Academy admission is based on past school records, entrance assessment as a proficiency test. Solid Rock Academy admits qualified students on a first come, first served basis.
Note: The child's previous school report must be attested by the parents/ guardian from the child's home country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Embassy of the child’s country based in Qatar and Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) in Qatar.
Four (4) recent passport-sized photographs (white or blue background).
Copy of the applicant's passport and valid QID card.
Copy of parents' (Both father and mother) passport and valid QID card.
Report/transcript from previous school.
Copy of child's Vaccination record.
Completed registration form including fees payment policy.
Copy of Child's birth certificate.
Copy of child's medical report

Entrance exam
When the parents/ guardian has submitted these documents to the Receptionist or admission team, you may apply for a test date and time and pay QR 300 non-refundable entrance exam fee (not applicable for EYEF students).
An appointment for assessing the student(s) will be scheduled (it could be immediate if the assessment team have available time slot).
After the entrance assessment has been conducted, the parents/ guardian will be notified of the results and be informed by telephone call or e-mail whether the school can offer your child a seat or not.
NOTE: The school will not retain any document if the admission is not granted.
To confirm acceptance of this offer, the parents/ guardian must visit the School’s Accounts Office to pay the non-refundable Registration Fee. The school does not guarantee or reserve places.
Places are guaranteed only when the required fees are paid within the stipulated time. Failure to pay the Registration Fee will result in this place being offered to another child automatically.
